"The Grass is Always Meaner" is the 10th episode of Kid vs. Kat and the 10th episode of Season 1. It aired on April 11, 2009 after Dial "B" For Babysitter.
Plot Summary[]
Kat starts the episode by doing an experiment in Coop's treehouse. When Coop discovers this, he tries to stop him by pulling the plug in the kitchen, which ends up causing a blackout for the entire town and destorys Old Lady Munson's yard. Mrs. Munson runs outside from the blackout and ends up tripping, injuring her ankle. Coop comes up with a plan to make his Dad buy him a Captain Blasteroid Helmet by cutting Old Lady Munson's lawn and making her win the Norman Garden TV's bestest backyard contest and he calls Dennis over to help him. Kat tries to stop Coop and Dennis by making the grass grow incredibly tall with a special spray, and uses his collar to make himself invisible. This culminates in Kat and Coop spraying paint at each other, covering the garden in paint. Millie comes to takes Kat back to her room for another check up again. When the lawn contest judge sees the yard, he says, " This is the most beautiful yard I've seen all day! " and awards Mrs. Munson first prize in the contest. Burt gives Coop a Captain Blasteroid helmet as a reward and Dennis even gets too after Kat destroyed it when they used the gnome as a decoy, but then Lorne and Harley attacks them with a Captain Blasteroid goo-shooting gloves so Coop asked his Dad before being attacked.
