At first, even though he believes he's allergic, Coop's Dad resolves to not get rid of the cat, saying that all he has to do is give Kat a bath every day, and he won't have to get rid of him so Coop uses poison ivy and rubs on Dad's house coat while he's showering. Eventually, Kat takes the poison ivy with him and replaces the house coat with another one, he makes a green spray out of various household materials that makes Coop's Dad sneeze, and uses it to convince him that he's actually allergic to Coop. Initially, Coop believes that his father will send him away to live with his " weird aunt, " who is seen in a Season Two episode (although it's just her arms). But then, we learn that he was actually asking her for a spacesuit-like suit that will allow him to interact with Coop even though he thinks he's allergic to him. Coop tries to spend quality time with his dad, but the suit makes it harder than it should be. At the end, Kat's spray ends up being broken and making everyone sneeze, including Millie and himself. The episode ends with a family picture being taken with Millie, Kat and Coop in the same hypoallergenic spacesuits that Coop's Dad wore and Coop and Kat begin fighting when a wig land and on his space helmet as Millie puts her face against her space helmet |

"The Allergy" is the 6th episode of Kid vs. Kat and the 6th episode of Season 1. It aired on March 21, 2009 after Hypnokat.
Plot Summary
Coop tries to convince his Dad that he's allergic to Kat so his Dad will get rid of the pesky feline for good after Dennis gave him an plan about having allergies.
