Nobody's gonna see this for a multitude reasons such as this is a dead wiki for a dead show, nobody uses the "Talk" feature anymore since comments have taken its place, etc[]
but basically, Phoebe was better than Fiona, Fiona was a bland mary-sue archetype who they didn't do enough with to make interesting, it seemed like in season 1 they were going out of their way to show Phoebe wasn't actually all that bad, and it even seemed like the show was supporting her and Coop with the House of Horror and Capture the Flag episodes, and her other appearances, while her obsession with Coop was at the forefront, didn't portray her as inherently malicious or psychotic. Then with season 2 and Fiona's introduction, it's like almost every time Phoebe appeared she was put through heavy character assassination portraying her as this psychotic menace who screams bloody murder whenever something's in the way between her and Coop.
