"Night Of The Zombie Kat" is the 1st episode of Kid vs. Kat and the 1st episode of Season 1. It aired on October 25, 2008 after Let The Games Begin.
Plot Summary
Coop defies Dad and stays up to watch a horror movie about zombie cats that Lorne and Harley had dared him to watch, and Kat notices that Coop's terrified by the movie. Wanting to scare him, Kat covers himself with white powder and acts like a zombie in front of Coop, freaking out him to the point where he runs outside screaming. He runs back inside, eventually gains the courage to fight Kat, and realizes that he was only acting like a zombie to scare him. Millie and Burt catch him fighting with Kat later on. The next morning, Coop and Dennis find out that Lorne and Harley, the neighborhood bullies that make their first appearance in this episode, had videotaped Coop freaking out in his front yard, and showed everyone in school the video. Humiliated, Coop vows to make Kat pay for embarrassing him in front of the entire school. He decides to get his revenge by telling Millie to give Kat a bath (to remove the white powder he was covered in), which freaks Kat out (not that Millie cared).
Notes
- This is the first appearance of Lorne and Harley. We first see them in the playground videotaping Coop and Dennis, daring them to watch a horror movie.
- This is also the first appearance of Dennis, Coop's childhood friend. We see Coop telling Dennis about his sister's new alien pet, and Dennis believes him without questioning him.
