Mr. Cheeks is an evil alien hamster that first appeared in the season two episode "Cheeks of Evil". His plan is to turn the world into a massive hamster ball. In the show, he tries to destroy Millie simply because when she's at school she pets his head backwards, much to Mr. Cheeks' discomfort. Unlike Kat, Mr. Cheek's only power is the ability to speak human language, although he has superior tecnology in comparison. He appears again in the episode "Turn the Other Cheeks" and became enemies with Coop, after being hit with a golf ball sending him into the blackhole he created in which doing so save Kat. He also appears in the episode "Strange Kat on the Train" to lure the Burtonburgers so he can destroy them but was defeated and last seen being carried off by an Eagle. He also appears in the Season 2 Finale "The Kat Went Back" as a prisoner but escapes thanks to Kat's girlfriend. It is unknown what planet he is from.

Known what Mr. Cheeks does, but he will reveal his true plan in Season 3. Mr. Cheeks might be working on a revenge weapon to destroy Kat planet and turn it into a blibean which he explained to Coop, Millie, Dennis and Fiona.

Mister Cheeks seemingly leads his own hamster-army.

• "Cheeks of Evil" was leaked on Disney XD on 18 September 2010, while "Flea Brains/Menace the Dennis" was shown on YTV, officially the episode was leaked one week earlier.
• Cheeks is officially the second alien on the show. Upon release he was a massive surprise to viewers.
• He always puts his finger near his mouth. The reason for this is currently unknown.
• He is believed to be a look a like of the YouTube creation Silver, due to his hair and the fact that he a alien.
• the Japanese version is voice by Takayuki Godai.
• He appears again in "Turn The Other Cheeks", "Strange Kat On A Train" and The Kat Went Back Part 2.
• He is the first creature to speak, the next has Kat's Girlfriend.
• Mr Cheeks lead his own army.
