Harriet appears in Pet Peeved in Season 1.

Harriet, the old cat lady keeps a lot of cats in her house, She sees Kat and decided to adopt him. At first, she gives Kat some much cat food until she gives him a bath then she puts glue and cat furs on him and he escapes back to home again after throwing the army cats at her.
