Plot Summary
Millie and Phoebe compete in a Cookie-selling contest at Girl Scouts. If Millie wins, Coop gets a two-for-one deal for cookies and Millie gets Phoebe's " Little Miss Bootsville, " tiara, but if Phoebe wins, he has to spend quality time with her, which Coop finds to be a terrifying idea.
