Kat's Collar is Kat's primary defensive technology. It allows Kat to use a force field and Tractor Beam as seen in the episode "Dial "B" for Babysitter", contact his home planet and also teleport. Unfortunately, the teleporting ability was disabled during the first episode "Let the Games Begin".
It may also have other powers yet to be discovered. The mark on the collar was seen on Tutankitty's tomb ("Curse of Tutankitty's Tomb"). This means that the mark may be the registered trademark for the catnipians. The little buttons are removable.
