Chubby Cheeks is what Burt nicknames the stout replacement of Mr. Kat in The Kat Went Back Part 2, thinking that Millie had just overfed him again like in Fat Kat. Burt later calls him Mr. Jelly Belly. He is tortured by a fitness regime.
In The Kat Went Back Part 1, He came to earth after Kat failed to complete his mission but thanks to Burt's fitness exercise, he was all skinny and tired. In the end, Kat arrives home again and kicks him into his spaceship after getting another chance by Kat Kommader while Coop and Millie watch him and Dad was talking to them.
