A blackout device is what Dennis calls Kat's creation in the episode Kat of Diamonds in Season 2. It blocks the sunlight, simulating a small solar eclipse over a confined area. He makes it using gems stolen from Millie's tiara and from the jewelry store. It Allows Kat cover to steal things during the day. Also Coop and Fiona use the device as Well. Their are big and small one in that episode. At the end, The both of the device was destroyed.
