Neapolitan is of the secret agents from Area 102. He works with Butterscotch and Fudge Ripple. In It's All In Your Head he is knocked out by a Tranquilizer dart that Kat puts in his neck via a blow gun. He is mistakenly thought to be asleep as a result of eating pancakes by Millie. Kat then controls his body and speaks English through him, leading him through events that caused destruction of secret anti-alien laser satellites, that he previously tried to protect. Coop foiled Kat's plan by destroying the anti-alien satellites, Neapolitan was back to normal but the when Butterscotch pats on the back, he ends up being controlled by an army of squrriels in the tree. Millie sneaks them into her room where they sneak inside Kat's Secret Lair and they mess up his secret control room and scares him out.

His first appearance was in episode "Over The Radar".

Appearance

He has black hair and eyebrows.

Like the others, he wears black suits and black eyeglasses.
